2026-2027 Dance Year is now open! 

A registration form and payment are required to complete the registration process. Information on both can be found below. 

Dancers must register for the level that they were in the previous year unless otherwise instructed by MYDG staff. 

If you are new to the program - welcome! Please reach out to us to help with class placement

Registration Instructions: 

1. Complete Registration Form 

Note that once the completed Adobe form is submitted, you will receive an email verification link that must be completed to formally submit the form. Failure to verify the registration form will result in an incomplete registration.

2. Registration Payment

There are multiple ways to complete the registration payment. 

• Cash or check on the first day of class. Checks must be made payable to "Metropolis of Boston Dance Group" 
• Credit Card/ Apple Pay/ Google Pay - electronic payments include a small transaction fee is included
• Electronic Payment Link

------------------------------------------------------- Please note that registration fees are non-refundable once classes begin. If you need to cancel your registration before the first class, reach out as soon as possible so we can assist and offer guidance based on availability and timing. Exceptions may be considered in cases of medical or family emergencies. Please contact us directly.
