Individual

All participants are required to complete and submit an individual registration form. There are sections to designate Chaperone vs Conference Attendee registration levels. 

• Note: As part of the electronic signature process, an email verification must be completed after completing the electronic form 

Group

Groups may also submit a group registration form. Group registration forms are to:

• Ensure dance groups are placed together at the Gala
• Allow for group payments. For electronic group payments, contact greekfolkdance@aol.com for special link.
• Request to perform at the Gala. There will be limits to the amount of time each group is allowed to perform due to event timing. 

Group registration forms will be complete once all individual registration forms from the group are received. Email will be sent to designated group lead confirming completed group registrations.

Conference Attendee: $400 USD

This registration level is intended for all dancers and includes access to all workshops, Glendi and Gala. This includes:

• Conference swag
• Admission to Dance workshops
• Transportation to dance workshops
• Light breakfast on Saturday and Sunday 
• Lunch on Saturday and Sunday
• Transportation to Glendi
• Admission & Dinner at Glendi
• Admission & Dinner at Gala

Chaperone: $230 USD

This registration level is intended for parents, friends or family who are accompanying dancers to the conference but will not be participating in the dance workshops. Includes:

• Conference swag
• Transportation to Glendi 
• Admission and Dinner at Glendi
• Admission and Dinner at Gala

Check and credit card payments are accepted. 

• If paying electronically (credit card, Apple pay, Google pay), add name of participant in the payment notes
• Note transaction fees are added for credit transactions
• Checks made to "Metropolis of Boston Dance Group" and add participant name(s) or Dance Group name in the memo. Please email us to let us know a check has been mailed.

A confirmation email will be sent to all conference participants indicating all required forms and payments have been received.
